ACIM also presents the thought of the Sacred Spirit as helpful information and instructor within the individual. That spiritual presence is observed as the foundation of motivation and wisdom, helping people produce choices that lead us closer to truth and from illusion. The Class teaches that through our willingness to hear the Holy Spirit's guidance, we can access a further understanding of our function and the path to healing.

The Workbook for Pupils in A Program in Miracles contains 365 lessons, one for each time of the year. These classes are made to help pupils internalize the teachings and apply them to their day-to-day lives. They usually include meditative and contemplative workouts, acim  affirmations, and insights on the methods shown in the text. The goal of these daily classes would be to shift the student's belief and mindset slowly, leading them towards circumstances of correct forgiveness, internal peace, and spiritual awakening.

The Manual for Educators, the third part of ACIM, is directed at those individuals who have embraced the concepts of the Class and experience required to fairly share them with others. It gives advice on the traits of a real teacher of Lord, focusing qualities such as persistence, confidence, and an start heart. It acknowledges the difficulties and obstacles one might experience while training the Program and presents insights on how best to understand them.

A Class in Wonders isn't affiliated with any particular religious custom, but their teachings have resonated with people of various faiths, as well as those that contemplate themselves religious but not religious. It highlights particular experience and inner advice over dogma or rituals. While ACIM's language can be tough and its concepts abstract, it has been valued because of its capacity to handle serious questions about the type of existence, enduring, and the individual condition.
